§ 20.6. Town authority.

The Town of Gramercy shall have the authority to impose such conditions and standards as deemed necessary to promote and preserve the public safety and economic and business interests of the district and surrounding area, and the health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience and welfare of persons residing, frequenting or working in or adjacent to the district.
