§ 58-19. Established.

(a)

R.S. 33:101 et seq., authorizes the establishment of local planning commissions charged with the responsibility of describing a desirable future for the town and delineating steps to attain such goals.

(b)

There is created the town planning commission, such commission to be vested with all the authority and charged with all responsibilities delineated in R.S. 33:101 et seq.
