§ 78-1. Notice of accidents involving ships and barges.

(a)

All ship and barge owners are required to notify the mayor's office and the local organization for emergency preparedness of any water and land accidents involving ships or barges occurring within the town.

(b)

The notification shall be made immediately upon receipt of notice by the nearest ship or barge owner's office. In no event shall the notice be made later than 20 minutes after receipt of notice by the office involved.
