§ 70-1. Highway Regulatory Act.

(a)

Adopted. For the purpose of regulating vehicles and traffic in the town, there is adopted by reference the Louisiana Highway Regulatory Act, consisting of R.S. 32:1 et seq., as amended, of which not less than one copy is filed in the clerk's office, and the act is adopted and incorporated in this chapter as fully as if set out at length in this section.

(b)

Penalty. Any person violating any provision of the Louisiana Highway Regulatory Act (R.S. 32:1 et seq.), as amended, shall be punished as provided in section 1-11.
